Orders & Payments
2. How do I place an order? To place an order on DealzPot, simply browse our website, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping details and payment information to complete the purchase.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. To modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. 4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal for a secure checkout experience.
5. Is it safe to shop on your website? Absolutely! We prioritize your security. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL technology) to ensure that all your personal and payment information is secure during transactions. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Shipping
6. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer free standard shipping to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. For other regions, we charge a flat rate of $25 USD for shipping.
7. How long does shipping take? Our shipping process involves:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days (time to prepare your order for shipment).
- Transit Time: 5-8 business days (time in transit from our fulfillment center).
- Total Estimated Shipping Time: 10-15 business days (total time from order placement to delivery, varies by location).
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
8. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the respective carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS).
9. Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
- For US customers: Applicable state sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address. You do not pay customs duties on orders shipped within the US.
- For International customers (Outside US): All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country’s laws directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.
10. Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses? Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address for shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
11. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags. 12. How do I request a return or exchange? To request a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@dealzpot.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos (if applicable). Our customer service team will guide you through the authorization and process.
13. Do I have to pay for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to customer remorse (e.g., wrong size/color, changed mind). If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), DealzPot will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label.
14. How long does it take to process a return or exchange? Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Exchanges are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the exchange.
Product Information
15. How do I know if the product will fit me? We provide a size guide on each product page to help you choose the right size. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized size recommendations.
16. Can I customize or personalize products? At this time, we do not offer customization or personalization for our products. However, we are always working to improve our offerings, so please check back for updates!
17. Do you offer gift cards? Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we are considering adding this option in the future. Stay tuned for any updates!
Order Issues
18. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item? If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send an email to contact@dealzpot.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item. We will assist you in getting a replacement or issuing a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
19. What happens if my order is lost or delayed? If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered. In case of an issue that we are unable to resolve (e.g., confirmed loss), we will issue a refund or offer a replacement.
