DealzPot Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), DealzPot will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label in such cases.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
