DealzPot Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment At DealzPot, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. 30-Day Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined in Section 3.
3. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to contact@dealzpot.com within the 30-day return window.
- Provide Information: In your email, include:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, changed mind).
- For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back to us without first receiving a return authorization.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to customer remorse (e.g., wrong size/color, changed mind, didn’t like the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- DealzPot Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), DealzPot will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label in such cases.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If a refund is rejected (e.g., item not eligible, not in original condition), we will inform you of the reason. The item may be returned to you at your expense.
7. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return initiation process (Section 4). Once your original item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.
- For exchanges due to our error (incorrect, damaged, defective item), we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
- For exchanges due to customer remorse, standard shipping charges for the new item may apply.
8. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 30 days of delivery as described in Section 4, providing clear photos/videos of the issue. We are committed to providing an appropriate solution, which may include a full refund, exchange, or replacement.
9. Missing or Lost Packages If your order is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@dealzpot.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a refund or send a replacement.
