  • Flat Rate of $25: Rest of the world

Shipping Process and Time

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  • Transit Time: 5-8 business days
  • Estimated Total Shipping Time: 10-15 business days

Import Duties and Taxes

  • United States: Our US customers do not pay customs duties.
  • Other Countries: All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes in accordance with their country’s laws. The price listed for each product does not include any taxes.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation fees will apply:

  • Cancellation between 24 hours and 4 days: 25% of the order amount will be retained.
  • Cancellation after 4 days: 50% of the order amount will be retained.
  • Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping FAQs

  • Tracking Shipped Products: We provide a tracking number for each order. You can track your package using this number on the carrier’s website.
  • Courier Service Used: We use DHL, FedEx, or USPS to ship your products.
  • Damaged Parcel: If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@dealzpot.com. We will offer an appropriate solution, such as a return, exchange, or refund, in accordance with our policies.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to ship orders on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, incorrect delivery information, additional quality checks, carrier operational delays, customs holds, order modifications, or other unexpected events.

  • Please ensure the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
