DealzPot Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage DealzPot proudly offers worldwide shipping to bring our products to customers globally.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to customers in the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CA), and Australia (AUS).
- Flat Rate Shipping: For all other countries, a flat rate shipping fee of $25 USD will be applied to your order at checkout.
3. Order Confirmation Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email containing your order receipt and full details. If you do not receive this notification within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at contact@dealzpot.com for assistance.
4. Shipping Process and Estimated Delivery Time Our shipping process involves two main stages:
- Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. Orders typically undergo quality checks, packaging, and dispatch within 5-7 business days.
- Transit Time: This is the time your package is in transit from our fulfillment center to your delivery address. Estimated transit time is typically 5-8 business days.
Estimated Total Shipping Time: Your total estimated delivery time, combining processing and transit, is generally 10-15 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary based on your specific location, customs clearance procedures, and unforeseen external factors.
- What are “Business Days”? Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
5. Import Duties and Taxes
- For United States (US) Customers: Our prices do not include state sales tax, which will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address. You do not pay customs duties on orders shipped within the US.
- For International Customers (Outside US): All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the product price and shipping cost paid at checkout do not include any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for paying any such charges in accordance with their country’s laws. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an international order. Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us or abandoned, for which the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@dealzpot.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping FAQs & Important Information
- Tracking Shipped Products: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the respective carrier’s website.
- Courier Service Used: We primarily use DHL, FedEx, or USPS for shipping your products, depending on the destination and package specifics.
- Damaged Parcel: If you receive a damaged parcel, please notify us within 30 days of receipt at contact@dealzpot.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will work with you to offer an appropriate solution, such as a return, exchange, or refund, in accordance with our policies.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to ship orders on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, additional quality checks, carrier operational delays, customs holds, order modifications, or other unexpected events outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
- Accurate Shipping Information: Please ensure the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete (including apartment/suite numbers, if applicable) to avoid any delivery issues or delays. DealzPot is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Signature Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery for certain high-value orders or at the discretion of the courier.
- Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. Any address changes requested after shipment may result in additional charges or delays.
- Restricted Addresses: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address for shipping.
